**Seller service fee tiers **

There is no charges to list a number for sale. We only charge a fee upon a successful sale.

| Tier   | Range (RM)         | Fee Rate   |
| ------ | ------------------ | ---------- |
| 1      | 0 – 1 000          | 4 %        |
| 2      | 1 000.01 – 5 000   | 3 %        |
| 3      | 5 000.01 – 10 000  | 2 %        |
| 4      | 10 000.01 – 50 000 | 1 %        |
| Capped | Above 50 000       | RM 500 max |

Fees are automatically deducted from the seller’s payout after successful completion.


### When and how sellers get paid

- Payment is released after buyer confirms plate transfer. 
- Payout is sent to your registered bank account within **1–2 business days**. 
- You’ll receive an email and dashboard notification when funds are released. 

### Withdrawing your funds

Funds are automatically transferred to your verified bank account.
 If a manual withdrawal is required, contact support via **support\@secureplate.com.my**.

### Resolving payment delays

- Ensure your bank details are accurate and match your verified name. 
- Check your email for any transfer confirmation requests. 
- If the buyer hasn’t confirmed transfer within 3 days, SecurePlate may step in to review and release payment based on proof provided.
