### Payment methods supported

SecurePlate currently supports:

- **Online Banking (FPX)** 

All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway partners using SSL encryption.

### When will my funds be released to the seller?

- Funds are held in escrow until you confirm the plate transfer. 
- Once confirmed, the payout is made to the seller within **1–2 business days.** 
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the payment is released. 

### What if a seller doesn’t complete JPJ transfer?

If the seller fails to complete the transfer:

1. Contact the seller through SecurePlate chat. 
2. If there’s no response, click **“Report Issue”** from your order page. 
3. SecurePlate will review both sides and may refund your payment in full. 

💡 *Escrow ensures your funds are never released unless the transfer is verified.*

### Refund process and timelines

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within **3–7 business days**, depending on your bank.

- Full refunds apply for incomplete or failed transfers. 
- Partial refunds may apply for administrative or cancellation cases.
   You’ll be notified by email when your refund is processed.
