SecurePlate maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, harassment, or misuse.

You can report:

- Suspicious listings or fake accounts 
- Fraudulent payment activity 
- Offensive or inappropriate communication 
- Attempts to move transactions off-platform 

To report abuse:

1. Go to the listing or user profile. 
2. Click **Report** or email **abuse\@secureplate.com.my**. 
3. Provide relevant details (plate number, chat logs, or screenshots). 

All reports are reviewed by our compliance team within **24–48 hours**.
 Violators may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.
